How to donate
To donate to Valley House via Facebook, Simply visit our Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/ValleyHouse1977/ . You’ll find the donate button at the top, select the amount you’d like to donate, and follow the payment instructions. If you are a UK taxpayer, don’t forget to Gift Aid your donation! By adding Gift Aid, we are able to claim up to an additional 25% on top of your donation; at no additional cost to you. So, for example, if you make a £10 donation to Valley House, we could receive £12.50 with Gift Aid! The more you donate, the more we can claim.
Why support us?
Supporting us really does make a big difference to the lives of people living in and around Coventry. Your donation could help a family fleeing domestic violence by funding a ‘Welcome Pack’, containing essential food and toiletries. It may go towards making a ‘hospital bag’ for one of our teen parents. It could even help us to provide craft materials and refreshments for one of our community groups.
Alternatively, if you have set yourself a challenge, like a distance run or a bungee jump, and you’d like to raise some money, you can create a fundraiser through our Facebook page! It allows you to set a fundraising goal, share information about our organisation and get your friends and family involved too. We’d love to hear from you if you’re thinking of raising some money, so we can help you achieve your target. If you want to help out, but running isn’t quite your thing, you could ask friends and family to donate to Valley House via Facebook in lieu of cards and gifts. Making a difference in the local community AND making a positive environmental impact, what better way to celebrate?
